Every set also comes withDashboardWebsite connectionBranches, roles & controlActivity logsYour own connections

Finance works with your customers and your catalogue: every quotation and invoice is for a customer kept in Sales, and every line on it is an item from Operations.

The four marked extras are drawn up and not finished — nobody is billed for one until it can be switched on.

Quarterly is the shortest term, paid in full at the start — the same ladder your mailboxes are on.

What a set brings with it, at no charge

Every set arrives with limits on it, and none of them moves the figure above. The two at the end are the two you can buy more of — for the business rather than for a person, in the planner below.

People who can sign in
Everybody with a login of their own. This is the one the bill follows, because it is the number you bought.
Branches
Each one keeps its own customers, stock and bills, and only ever sees its own records.
Staff on the register
The people whose attendance, salary and claims the system holds.
Enquiries held at once
Leads still being worked, with their calls, meetings, visits and follow-ups.
Forms you publish
Forms collecting answers into your records rather than into somebody’s email.
Working patterns
The shifts, week-offs and holidays your staff are marked against.
Places staff may mark from
The locations a check-in is accepted at, for offices that require one.

Resources and limitations

Room for what you keep
The photographs, drawings and papers attached to your records. 10 GB for the whole business — more in 10 GB blocks, in the planner below
Requests from your own systems
An allowance for your website or your own software, reading and writing against your records. 50,000 a month allowed for the whole business — more in blocks, in the planner below

A limit is raised the way a set is switched on — a setting we change, not a different edition to move to.

Added on to Sales

Mobile Companion

Calls and their recordings come off the handset and land on the customer they belong to, with WhatsApp Business in the same app and against the same records the office is already working in.

₹50.00₹45.00a person, a month

An extra on Sales, on the same term as the set it sits on, and on every person who is on it — the Sales column above carries it in can be added, at this figure.

Work out your own

Every figure we charge is on this page

There is no quote to wait for and no number kept back for a phone call. Work out what your own office would pay: press the parts you need, say how many people sign in, and the figure is there.

Sets, not steps

There is no ladder to climb

An office on catalogue and stock and one on people and payroll are not one above the other. Neither has bought more of the product — the bill only says which office it is.

No larger edition, no set you are made to buy on the way to another, and no price for taking all four.

Later on

Changing your set later

Businesses do not stand still, and a set that was right in the first year rarely is in the third. Adding a set, dropping one or taking on more people is an ordinary Tuesday here, not a migration.

  1. You ask for a change

Another set switched on, an extra added to one you already have, or more people signing in because you have taken somebody on.

  2. It is a setting we change

Nothing is rebuilt and nothing is reinstalled. The change appears the next time your system checks in, on the day you asked for it.

  3. The term you are in runs to its date

A term is bought at the start of it, so the one you are already inside keeps running as it was bought. What a change does to the money inside that term is settled with you at the time rather than by a rule on a website.

  4. What you entered stays put

A set switched off closes its screens rather than emptying them. Switch it back on and the work that was in there is still there.

From here

Two ways to find out what yours would cost

The figures above are the whole list and you can add them up on the back of an envelope. What is worth a conversation is the other direction — which of the four you can leave alone.

See it before you price it

A setup of your own, with the sets that fit switched on and your own work in it. It is far easier to say what a set is worth once you have spent a week in the one you would actually buy.

Tell us what you run

Describe the office — what you do, who has to sign in, and what is not working today. Most of that conversation is us telling you which sets you can leave alone.

Talk to us

Pricing for everything else we make — websites, names and mail — sits together on the combined pricing page.
