Online forms, with every answer kept where the work is.
Online forms for Indian businesses: build your questions, share a link or fill it against a lead, and every answer waits in one list.
What it does
Online forms: questions, ways in and answers
Build a form once, fill it three ways, and read every answer in one list.
Building a form
- Questions
- Text, number, mobile, email, date, dropdown, radio buttons and tick boxes.
- Files and signatures
- A file upload of up to 10 MB, and a signature drawn on the screen.
- Sections and columns
- Questions grouped under named sections, each row in one column or two.
- Required and limits
- Required questions, a longest answer, a number’s lowest and highest — checked as it is filled and again when it is sent.
When a question shows
- Shown on an answer
- A question appears only when an earlier answer equals, does not equal or contains what you set, or is left empty or filled.
- Hidden, not checked
- A question that never appeared is not checked, so a required one cannot hold the form up.
Three ways in
- A public link
- Anyone can fill it without signing in. Switch it off, or revoke it for a new one and the old link stops working.
- Filled by your staff
- From a lead’s page or an employee’s record, and kept on that record.
- A WhatsApp Flow
- With the WhatsApp add-on, the form opens inside the chat and the answers land on the lead.
The answers
- One list per form
- Every answer, however it came in. Search it, open one, and correct it if it needs correcting.
- Excel and CSV
- Export to either for the dates you choose, and bring earlier answers in from CSV.
One form, three doors
The same form, filled three ways, answered in one list
You build a form once. However it is filled, each answer is an answer to that form, so they are read, searched and exported together.
The public link
A customer opens it on their phone and fills it without signing in. The answer waits in the form’s list.
A lead’s page
Your salesperson fills the form from the lead they are working, and the answer stays on that lead as well as in the list.
A WhatsApp Flow
The form is sent inside the chat. What comes back is an answer in the list, linked to the lead, with a note on its timeline.
Hand-offs
Forms on leads, employee records and WhatsApp
Answers are kept on the records they were filled for. This is where each goes, and where to read about that part.
CRM →
A form filled from a lead’s page is kept on that lead, alongside its calls, visits and notes.
Employees →
Each employee record lists the forms filled for that person, with a button to fill another.
WhatsApp →
A form can be turned into a WhatsApp Flow, and its answers come back onto the lead.
Your own website →
Connected with a key you issue, your site can show a form and send its answers in. Files cannot come that way.

Before you start
Questions about online forms
The ones asked before a paper form or an email inbox is moved across, answered as they are — including the noes.
No. Nothing is sent when a form is filled — no email and no alert. The answers wait in the form’s own list, where you open, search and export them.
No. An answer through the public link stays in the form’s list. To keep answers on a lead, fill the form from that lead’s page, or send it as a WhatsApp Flow — those answers land on the lead.
No. A form collects answers, files and a signature. There is no payment step on it.
It is a signature drawn on the screen, kept with the answer. There is no verification behind it — no certificate and no Aadhaar e-sign.
There is no embed code. Share the public link from your site, or connect your site with a key you issue: it can then show the form itself and send the answers in, though files cannot come that way.
