Who changed what, kept where the owner can read it back

An audit trail for your business: sign-ins, logins and exports, and changes to leads, customers, invoices, orders and projects — each with who and when.

What it does

The activity log: what it records, reading it back, before and after

Each entry is who did what, and when — kept in one log the owner searches and exports.

What is recorded

Each entry
Who did it, what happened in one line, and when. An entry stays when the login that made it is deleted.
Signing in
Every sign-in and sign-out, and every failed attempt with the email that was tried.
Logins and access
Logins created, changed, switched off or on, deleted, or given roles and teams — and anyone turned away from a page they may not open.
Exports and imports
Every list exported or imported, and by whom.
Sales and customers
Leads created, changed, reassigned, moved to a new status or deleted; calls, meetings, visits and tasks; customers added, changed or deleted.
Billing, orders and projects
Quotations and invoices created, edited, issued, cancelled or deleted; payments recorded or reversed; orders; projects with their tasks, members and time.

Reading it back

For the owner
The log is one screen in Settings, and only the owner can open it.
Searched
By a person’s name or email, or any word or number in the line — an invoice’s number finds that invoice’s entries.
Narrowed
To sign-ins, sign-outs or failed sign-ins, and to the dates you want, shown in your branch’s time and date format.
Exported
To CSV or Excel — the whole log, or only what you searched for.
Left as written
No one edits or deletes a single entry. The owner can clear the older entries in one go.
Your own, on your dashboard
Each person can see their own latest entries on their dashboard.

Before and after

The catalogue
Every change to the catalogue is kept with who made it and what it was before and after — on the item’s Audit tab, and on a catalogue audit page.
Stock
Each stock record keeps its changes the same way, before and after, on its own Audit tab and a stock audit page.
On the record itself
A lead keeps its status history, an order its status timeline with who moved it, and an invoice the payments made on it.
In the log
An entry says what happened — an invoice updated, a lead moved from one status to another — not what every field said before.

Reading it back

One invoice, read back from the log

Search the log for an invoice’s number and every entry that names it comes back, each with who and when.

Created

The first entry: the invoice created, by whom and when. Made from a quotation, the line names that quotation too.

Edited

Each edit is an entry of its own, by the same person here. It says the invoice was updated, and who updated it.

Issued

Someone else marks it issued, and the entry carries their name. A cancellation would be an entry the same way.

Paid

A third person records a payment against it, and a reversal would add another entry. None of them can be edited afterwards.

Hand-offs

The activity log with the parts it records

What each part writes into the log, and the two that keep their own history instead.

  1. Branches, roles & control →

Sign-ins, and logins made, changed, switched off or given roles, are recorded. Changes to branches and to roles themselves are not.

  2. CRM →

Leads, calls, meetings, visits and tasks are recorded as they change, and each lead keeps its own status history.

  3. Customers →

Customers added, made from a lead, changed, moved to a new status or deleted are recorded.

  4. Invoices →

Quotations, invoices and payments are recorded as they are made, edited, issued, cancelled, paid or reversed.

  5. Catalogue →

Keeps its own audit instead: every change with who made it and what it was before and after.

  6. Stock →

Keeps its own audit too, before and after, beside a movement ledger that is never rewritten.

Questions about the activity log

What an owner asks before relying on the log — including where the answer is no.

It is kept. Entries stay in the log until the owner chooses to clear the older ones.

No. No one can edit or delete a single entry, the owner included. The owner can only clear older entries all together.

Only the owner. No one else can open it, whatever their role. Each person can see their own latest entries on their dashboard.

No. Attendance, leave, payroll and reimbursement are not in the activity log, and neither are changes to branches or roles. The catalogue and stock keep their own history of every change.

In the catalogue and stock, yes: each change keeps what it was before and after. The activity log says what happened and who did it — an invoice updated, a lead moved from one status to another — not the old value of every field.

Yes, to CSV or Excel: the whole log, or only what you searched for. The log is not sent to anyone by email or on a schedule.
