CRM that gives every enquiry a next step.

CRM software for Indian businesses: each lead with its calls, meetings, visits and tasks, and one page of every follow-up overdue or never booked.

What it does

CRM: leads, activities, follow-ups and reports

Every enquiry is a lead with one owner, and everything done about it is logged on it.

Leads

The lead
A code of its own, the contact person, mobile, email, company and address, what they need, what it is worth and the next action date.
Your own fields
Up to 40 per branch — text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, choices and checkboxes — in sections, and searchable. Filled in once the lead is saved.
Your own statuses
Statuses, sources and priorities renamed, reordered or switched off for each branch, starting from New through to Converted, Lost and On Hold.
Owner and history
One person owns each lead. Every reassignment and every status change is kept, with its remarks, beside the lead’s notes and documents.
Excel and CSV
Import from either, export to either. A lead already there under the same code or mobile is shown to you to skip, overwrite or merge.
Who sees which
Each branch only ever sees its own. A person sees their own leads, their branch’s, or all.

Calls, meetings, visits and tasks

Calls
Incoming or outgoing, the outcome, how long it ran, a summary and the next action, with the recording and files attached.
Meetings
The place or the meeting link, the agenda, who attended and how it went.
Visits
The planned time, when they checked in and out, how long it took, the place, the purpose and the outcome.
Tasks
Priority, start and due dates, who it is for, what it is meant to achieve, and the notes it was closed with.
One timeline
All of them on the lead’s page in order, each logged or scheduled from there. Their types, outcomes and statuses are yours to name.

Follow-ups

The next one, booked
A call, meeting, visit or task can book the next one as it is logged, and the two stay joined.
Status after
Logging one can move the lead to a new status at the same moment, written into the lead’s history.
The Follow-ups page
What is overdue, due today and due tomorrow, and every activity that set a follow-up date with nothing booked after it.

Dashboard and reports

Your dashboard
Cards you drag and resize, starting from a layout for a sales rep, a sales manager or an overview.
What the cards show
The pipeline by status with its value, where leads come from, lead trends, today’s activities, overdue follow-ups, your open leads and tasks, and top performers.
Reports
A summary, the pipeline, revenue by source, each person’s performance and lead analytics, each figure opening onto its leads. The lead list shows pipeline value, converted value and conversion rate.

The follow-up chain

Follow-ups that book the next step

Each activity on a lead can book the one after it, and the Follow-ups page lists where that did not happen.

A call that moves the lead

Logged with its outcome and a follow-up date. As it is saved, the lead can move to its next status — Qualified, say — and the history records it.

The visit it books

The same call books the next step — a visit, a meeting, a call or a task — and the two stay joined on the lead’s timeline.

The date nobody booked against

When the visit sets a follow-up date and nothing is booked after it, the Follow-ups page lists it, beside what is overdue and due.

Hand-offs

CRM with customers, forms, WhatsApp, email and lead sync

What passes between CRM and the parts around it, and where to read about each.

  1. Customers →

Fetch from Lead on the customer form copies the name, contact, phone, email, company and billing address across, and keeps the link.

  2. Forms →

Staff fill a form from the lead’s page, and the answers stay on the lead.

  3. WhatsApp →

An add-on. A chat button on the lead; a message lands with the lead whose number it is, and an unknown number becomes a new lead.

  4. Email inbox & templates →

An add-on. A template email sent from the lead’s page, with its details filled in.

  5. Lead sync from a sheet →

Rows of a Google Sheet come in as leads, mapped onto their fields, when you ask or on a schedule.

  6. Lead sync from your own systems →

Your website or software sends leads in on a key you issue, and hears back as they change.

Calls made on a salesperson’s Android phone can be filed onto the same lead by the Mobile Companion, an add-on to the set.

Questions about the CRM

What a sales desk asks before moving its enquiries over — including where the answer is no.

No. Leads sit in one list with their status, and the dashboard’s pipeline card shows how many leads are at each status and what they are worth. A lead moves on when its status is changed, by hand or as an activity is logged.

Not by message — nothing is emailed or sent to a phone when a follow-up falls due. The Follow-ups page is where they are read: what is overdue, what is due today and tomorrow, and every activity that set a date with nothing booked after it. The dashboard carries an overdue follow-ups card as well.

Not by rotation. Each lead has one owner, chosen by a person, and can be reassigned at any time with every change kept. Leads sent in by your own website or software go to the person you name for that connection.

Not directly — there is no connection to IndiaMART, JustDial or TradeIndia, or to Facebook or Google lead forms. Two ways in do exist: rows of a Google Sheet can come in as leads on a schedule, and your own website or software can send leads in on a key you issue.

The lead list exports to Excel or CSV. The reports — the summary, the pipeline, revenue by source, each person’s performance and lead analytics — are read on screen, where each figure opens onto the leads behind it. They do not download.
