Leads from your own website, straight into CRM.
Website leads into CRM: your site or your own software sends each enquiry in on a key you issue, and hears back as the lead moves.
What it does
The key, what it may touch, and the leads it carries
One connection per site or system, set up in the office. This is what it holds and what moves over it.
A key you issue
- Your site’s address
- Give the address of your site or software. It is tested before anything is issued.
- A key and a secret
- Issued for that one connection. The secret is shown once, so copy it then.
- Revoke
- Revoke the connection and its access stops at once.
- Pace
- Each connection answers up to 120 times a minute.
What it may touch
- A switch per group
- Leads, forms, the catalogue and the rest each have their own switch, for reading and for writing separately.
- Narrow it down
- A new connection starts with everything on. Switch off what your site should not touch.
- Its branch
- Leads land in the branch the connection belongs to.
Leads in, updates back
- A lead sent in
- A name with a phone number or email, your own reference for it, and whatever else you have — company, requirement, city.
- Sent twice, kept once
- The same lead sent a second time is recognised, and CRM keeps one.
- How it arrives
- Each connection sets the source new leads carry, their starting status and priority, and who they are assigned to.
- Updates sent back
- As a lead is worked, the office sends updates back to your site. If your side is down, it tries again.
- Or asked for
- Your system can also ask for what has changed since it last asked.
A guide with your own details
- Filled in for you
- A guide inside the office, written out with your own addresses and key.
- Copy and paste
- Code for PHP, WordPress and Node, for sending leads in and for receiving updates back.
- Watching it
- Each connection shows when each group was last used, with its calls and errors, and the leads received — in all and over the last seven days — with any updates still waiting to go back.
The round trip
A website lead, worked in CRM, and its update sent back
A lead does not stop at arriving. Your site hears what happened to it, without anyone copying it back by hand.
Sent from your site
Someone fills in the enquiry form on your website. Your site sends it in with its own reference, and it becomes a lead in CRM with the source, status and owner set on the connection.
Worked in the office
The person it is assigned to calls, visits and follows it up in CRM, and moves its status as it goes.
Sent back to your site
Each update goes back to your site as it happens. If your site does not answer, the office waits and tries again, so a change is not lost to a moment’s downtime.
Hand-offs
Website leads in CRM, forms and your own site
Where the leads go once they arrive, and what else the connection carries.
CRM →
Every lead lands here with its source, status and owner already set, ready for its first call.
Forms →
Your site can read one of your forms and send its answers in over the same connection. Files are not sent that way.
Lead sync from a sheet →
Where enquiries collect in a Google Sheet instead, that part reads the rows in as leads.
Catalogue and orders →
The same connection can also show your catalogue on your website and take orders into the office.
