KaryalayOne · the business management platform

The whole office, working together in one system built around your business.

Run leads and CRM, quotations, orders, GST billing, catalogue, stock, staff, attendance and payroll in one connected system built for Indian businesses. Every part reads the same records, while you switch on only what your office needs today and grow tomorrow.

What it covers

Every part of the office

One customer list. One catalogue. One staff register. Every part below reads those same records rather than keeping a copy of its own — which is what makes them parts of a system instead of programs that were introduced to each other afterwards.

WorkforceThe people who work for you.

SalesEveryone who asks you for a price.

OperationsWhat you sell, and getting it out.

FinanceBilled, and paid for.

Across the officeComes with whichever sets you choose.

How the work moves

From the first enquiry to the money in the bank

Every step below works from records already kept — the customer, the catalogue, the document before it — and nothing waits for an overnight job to catch up.

  1. An enquiry arrives

From your catalogue or your website it lands as a request you can price, against a customer you already have or one added there and then. From a call, you quote it directly.

  2. You quote it

Priced from your catalogue’s Retail list — not typed from memory, and not a figure somebody has to check afterwards.

Also writes to · Catalogue & price lists

  3. They accept

An issued quotation is made into the invoice without retyping its lines. An order taken in the office or on your site makes its own draft invoice instead.

Also writes to · Quotations & invoices

  4. It goes out

Shipments are recorded against the order — one or several, each with its tracking and the godown it left from. The stock figure is kept on its own screens.

Also writes to · Orders & shipments

  5. You bill it

The invoice — from the quotation or the order — is numbered by its own series, with GST worked out rather than remembered.

Also writes to · Invoicing & payments

  6. They pay

The payment is set against the bill it settles, or several at once. A part payment leaves the rest due; an advance waits on the customer for a bill to settle.

Also writes to · Payments & advances

Bought in the shape you need

Take the parts your business runs on

Nobody buys all of it. Switch on the parts you need today and leave the rest off — start with enquiries now, add billing in two years, and nothing has to be set up again.

How it is set up for retail →

Your records sit in a database of your own, behind your own login — never mixed in with anyone else’s.

It runs on a name of your own, and your invoices and payslips carry your letterhead, not ours. Each branch keeps its own customers, stock and bills, and the roles you give hold in every one or only in the branch you name — what a branch may not see, it genuinely cannot open.

Beyond the office

Your website and your phone, on the same records

An online store that shows your live prices and stock, and a mobile app that saves calls and WhatsApp against your customers. Both are ours, and both work from these same records.

Your website works from these records

The price and stock on your site are the ones your office keeps. A cart arrives as a request you can price; checkout raises the order, the bill and receipt together.

You choose what it may read, and can take that back at any moment.

How a site reads your records →

The phone in your salesman’s hand

Mobile Companion takes calls and their recordings off the handset and puts them on the customer they belong to, with WhatsApp Business in the same app.

It is ours, and it works from these same records — the call that came in this morning is on the customer it was about before anybody sits down at a desk.

A setup of your own to try, and someone on the call who can answer for the whole system rather than for one part of it.
