What there is to buy
Mailboxes, app sending and campaigns are separate items. Each has its own unit and price.
Choose how much room and how many addresses a mailbox needs, and how long to buy it for. Paid mailboxes start quarterly; longer terms cost less each month.

A mailbox on your own name, with 2 GB of room.
A mailbox on your own name, with 5 GB of room.
A mailbox on your own name, with 30 GB of room.
An account is free. You make it at the checkout, and you pay nothing before then.
More room on a paid mailbox costs ₹99.00 a month for every 10 GB, on the same term as the mailbox. The free tier is granted after a business check; it is not a trial or a cart item.
Every paid figure excludes GST, which is added at 18%.
Before anybody quotes you
An address can redirect, reach several people or send from an existing mailbox. Count the inboxes people actually read before choosing a tier.
Somewhere mail arrives and stays, that a person signs into and reads. This is what the mailbox line on your bill follows. One mailbox that two people at the counter both open is still one mailbox — a second person is given the key to it, not a copy of it.
This is the item
Mail to it lands in a mailbox that already exists. The address is on your name, on your board and on your invoices, and behind it is somebody’s ordinary mail. If the mailbox behind it goes, the address is not left quietly swallowing mail — what depends on that mailbox is brought up before anything is removed.
Not a mailbox
One address, and everybody on the list receives what is sent to it. Useful for the address a whole department answers, and it is not a mailbox for each of them — it is a list of where the mail goes next.
Not a mailbox
The owner writes from her own mailbox and the letter goes out under a different address on the same name. Which addresses a mailbox is allowed to write as is set by whoever administers the mail, not chosen by the person sending — so it stays your decision.
Not a mailbox
These other addresses are not mailboxes, though their plan limits may still matter. Map where each address delivers before choosing how many mailboxes to take.
What to have ready
The catalogue gives the rates. Your addresses, storage, app sends and list size decide which lines you need.
The mailbox line follows mailboxes, and most lists of addresses turn out to hold fewer of them than the person who wrote the list expects. It is the first thing worth going through, and it usually shortens the list.
A mailbox holding years of drawings and quotations and one holding a season of letters are not the same item, however alike they look on a page. The room a mailbox takes is measured for each mailbox, so it is a real question rather than a rhetorical one.
Order confirmations, dispatch notes and codes draw down a prepaid sending block, so what matters is what your systems actually send.
Campaign sending is a monthly subscription while you hold it, including quiet months. The size of the list sets the band; your sending rhythm tells you when you need it.
A mailbox has to sit on a name. Whether that name is already with us or lives somewhere else changes what has to be set up and who has to do it — and where it lives somewhere else, nothing is switched on until we can see the settings working rather than take your word for it.
Most of that conversation is us telling you which of these you are nowhere near, which is quicker to do out loud than to read. Bring the list of addresses and roughly what your systems send on their own, and the rest follows from there.
The other half
Mail, a domain name and a website stay separate items on the bill. Here is what an Email plan leaves out.
There is no arrangement here where mailboxes, sending from your apps and campaign sending become a single monthly figure. That is not an omission we intend to fix — it is the point of the page above. A bill in parts is more to read than a bill in one line, and it is the version in which you can see which piece moved.
A mailbox needs a name to sit on, and a name is bought by the year and priced by the people who run the ending rather than by us. It is usually bought on the same afternoon as the mail and it stays a separate item, which is how you can leave either one without unpicking the other.
A site’s order confirmations can go out through sending you have bought here, and the site itself is still its own annual subscription. Buying mail is not buying a website and buying a website is not buying mail.
None of this requires the business platform, and none of it is a way in to being sold one. A business that buys nothing from us but its mail is a customer on exactly the same footing as any other — not a lead to be worked on later.
There is no clock on the plan. What it buys is mail run by the people who wrote the software, with nobody in between to blame — and mail is the one thing a business notices the moment it breaks, which cuts both ways and we would rather it cut ours. Ring and ask what the honest answer is; it is a small company and you will be told.
Bring your list of addresses and a rough sending volume. We can help you choose the right mailboxes, block and campaign band.
