A business dashboard that opens on your day

Your check-in, attendance and leave, the pipeline, projects and headcount — cards for the parts you have and the role you hold, arranged your way.

What it does

The dashboard: your greeting, your cards, your layout

What greets you when you sign in, which cards you get and why, and how each person sets them out.

When you sign in

Greeted by name
Good morning, afternoon or evening, and today’s date — in your branch’s own time zone.
Today’s check-in
With Attendance, a line under the greeting says when you checked in or out today, or that you have not yet.
Your branch
The cards read the branch you are working in. Switch branch from your profile menu and they follow.

Cards for your parts and your role

Your parts
A card appears once its part is switched on — Attendance, CRM, Projects or Employees.
Your role
And only when your role can see that part. Lose that access and the card leaves your dashboard.
From the first sign-in
Every organisation has the dashboard, and it fills in as parts are switched on.

Arranged by each person

Show or hide
Pick your cards from the Customize panel. At least one always stays.
In your order
On a computer, drag the cards where you want them.
Three widths
Make any card a quarter, half or the full width of the dashboard.
Kept for you
Saved as you go, for you alone — and the same layout on your phone and your computer.

What the cards show

Your attendance
Days present, late, absent and on leave this month.
Leave balances
What is left of each kind of leave this year, against what was allotted and used.
Missed punches
Days this month you checked in and never checked out.
Pipeline
Your branch’s leads, counted by stage.
Projects
Active projects in your branch, and deliverables waiting for your sign-off.
Headcount
Active employees across the business.
Recent activity
Your own last five sign-ins, sign-outs and actions.
  • On both dashboards
  • Opened by the manager’s role

Cards by role

One dashboard, two people

An employee and their manager sign in to the same page and see different cards, because their roles open different parts.

An employee

Signs in to their check-in time, this month’s attendance, leave balances, missed punches and their own recent activity.

A manager

Has those too, and three more their role opens: the pipeline by stage, active projects and headcount. They have put the pipeline first, at full width.

Whose figures

Attendance, leave, missed punches and recent activity are each person’s own. The pipeline counts the branch and the headcount the business, the same for anyone whose role shows them.

Arranged apart

Each lays out their own. What the manager moves, hides or widens changes nothing on the employee’s screen.

Hand-offs

Where the dashboard’s cards come from

Each card reads the records of its own part. Here is what each one takes, and where to read about that part.

  1. Attendance →

The check-in line, this month’s attendance, leave balances and missed punches all read your own attendance records.

  2. CRM →

The pipeline card counts the branch’s leads by stage. The CRM keeps a fuller dashboard of its own, on its own page.

  3. Projects →

With the Projects add-on, a card counts the branch’s active projects and the deliverables waiting for your sign-off.

  4. Employees →

The headcount reads active employees, and a login linked to an employee record is greeted by its full name.

Recent activity shows your own entries from the activity log; the whole log is the owner’s to read.

How the parts work together →

What it costs

What the dashboard costs

Nothing of its own. The dashboard comes with whichever set you choose, from the first sign-in.

For everyone who signs in
Each person with a seat has a dashboard of their own, at no extra cost.

Questions about the dashboard

What a business asks before its people sign in to it — including where the answer is no.

Yes. From the Customize panel, show or hide any card your role gives you; at least one stays. On a computer, drag them into order and make each a quarter, half or the full width. It is saved for you as you go.

No. A card appears only when its part is switched on and your role can see that part, so an employee and a manager see different cards, and each person arranges their own. Attendance, leave, missed punches and recent activity are always your own; the pipeline counts your branch and the headcount the whole business.

No. For what is owed, read each invoice and the payments list. For sales, the CRM has a dashboard and reports of its own, counting leads by stage and by source.

Yes — the same page in your phone’s browser, one card under another, and it can be added to your home screen. Each card’s menu moves it up or down; widths are set on a computer. The layout is the one you made there. The Mobile Companion app is for calls and leads, and has no dashboard.

No. The dashboard shows figures and lists, not charts, and its cards are the ones that come with your parts. The attendance and lead reports draw their own bars.

No. There is no layout an admin sets for a role or shares with the team. Each person starts from the cards their role gives them and arranges their own.
