A product catalogue your quotations, orders and website price from.

Catalogue software for Indian businesses: products and services with GST and HSN, variants, Retail and Wholesale price lists, and a public catalogue to share.

What it does

Catalogue: items, price lists and a public catalogue

Every product and service is kept once, with its tax, its pictures and its prices, and read from there.

Products and services

Two kinds of item
Products carry weight, dimensions, batch tracking and shelf life. Services carry a duration, billed once or recurring.
The item
An SKU (made for you if left blank), name, short and long description, brand with its logo, unit and tags. Draft, active, inactive or discontinued, and featured if you choose.
GST on the item
Its HSN or SAC code, and the CGST, SGST, IGST and cess rates, kept with the item they apply to.
Variants
Sizes, colours or anything else you name, each variant with its own SKU, price and pictures, added one at a time.
Pictures and files
Up to 20 pictures an item at 10 MB each, five videos, and ten labelled attachments such as spec sheets and brochures.
Categories
Categories inside categories, and an item can sit in more than one.

Price lists

Retail and Wholesale
Both on every branch, and more of your own beside them, each marked for consumers or for businesses.
On each item
Selling price, MRP, cost price, a flat or percentage discount, and the price that works out after it — for the item or each variant.
Before tax
Prices are kept before tax. Your public catalogue shows them with the tax added.
Who sees which
Staff who only view the catalogue can be kept from prices, from MRP or from cost price. Cost price never appears on your public catalogue.

Your own public catalogue

A link to share
One per branch, with a short name of your own and an expiry date if you want one. It counts its views, and a new link retires the old.
What visitors see
Search, categories and an in-stock filter; each item with its pictures, variants and MRP struck through. You choose whether the SKU, brand, tags, attachments and unit appear.
A cart and checkout
Visitors fill a cart and check out on the payment instructions you write. No payment is taken on the page.
A request to price
Instead of checking out, they can send the basket for you to price. Items with no price go in that way.
Order tracking
A customer finds their order with its number and their phone or email.

Keeping it tidy

CSV in and out
Import and export as CSV, matched on SKU: a row updates the item it matches or adds a new one, with a summary row by row. Retail and Wholesale prices travel with it.
Audit log
Every change to the catalogue is kept: who made it, and what it was before and after.
Branches
Each branch keeps its own catalogue, price lists and public link.

One item, read everywhere

The same item and price, wherever it is sold

An item is kept once. Quotations, invoices, orders and your public catalogue read it from there, at its Retail price.

On a quotation or an invoice

Search for the item and its name, HSN code, unit, tax rates and Retail price arrive filled in.

On an order

An order is priced from the Retail list in the office, not by a visitor’s browser, with GST split line by line.

On your public catalogue

The same item with its pictures, variants and price, with tax added, for a customer to put in a cart or send to you to price.

On a connected website

A website on the Websites line shows the same items and prices, and takes online payment there.

Hand-offs

Catalogue with stock, orders, quotations and invoices

What the catalogue gives the parts around it, and where to read about each.

  1. Stock & warehouses →

Stock is kept against catalogue items, per warehouse and batch, on its own screens. Your public catalogue reads whether each item is in stock.

  2. Orders →

Staff pick items from the catalogue, and a checkout on your public catalogue becomes an order, priced from the Retail list.

  3. Demand notes →

A basket sent from your public catalogue to be priced, with priced lines filled from the catalogue and the rest marked to be priced.

  4. Quotations →

Items searched from the catalogue, filled with their HSN code, unit, tax rates and Retail price.

  5. Invoices →

The same search and the same fill: HSN code, unit, tax rates and the Retail price.

A website on the Websites line reads the same items, prices and stock — see how.

Questions about the catalogue

What a business asks before moving its price list over — including where the answer is no.

Not automatically. Quotations, invoices, orders and your public catalogue all price from the Retail list. Wholesale and the lists you add are kept on every item beside it, and staff you allow can change a price on an order line by line.

No. Items carry an SKU, which is what imports match on, but there are no barcodes or EAN codes and no label printing.

No. The catalogue reaches customers through your own public link and a website on the Websites line. It does not list on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Shopify, and it is not a WhatsApp catalogue.

Not on the shared link. Visitors check out on the payment instructions you write, or send the basket for you to price. Online payment is taken on a website on the Websites line, which reads the same catalogue.

From CSV, which Excel saves. Rows are matched on SKU — updating the item or adding it — and carry the Retail and Wholesale prices. Export is CSV too.
