Every WhatsApp message, on the lead or customer it came from
WhatsApp Business for Indian businesses: one inbox matched to your leads and customers, with templates, a chatbot, Flows and broadcasts.
An add-on to the Sales set
What it does
The inbox, templates, a chatbot, Flows and broadcasts
Every conversation sits on a lead or a customer you already keep, and everything you send goes to those same records.
One inbox for the branch
- Matched as it arrives
- A message is matched to a lead by mobile number, then to a customer or one of a customer’s contacts.
- Unknown numbers
- A number that matches nothing becomes a new lead, with WhatsApp as its source.
- Whose chat it is
- A chat belongs to the person its lead is assigned to. Staff who see only their own leads see only their own chats.
- Quick replies and alerts
- Saved quick replies, search and an unread filter, with an alert in the office and in the browser when a message comes in.
- Pictures, voice and files
- Images, video, audio, PDFs and office files, sent and received — up to 16 MB for media and 100 MB for documents.
Message templates
- Written in the office
- Write a template with its placeholders and submit it to Meta for approval without leaving the office.
- Status back from Meta
- Whether it was approved, and its quality rating, come back on their own every 15 minutes, or when you ask.
- Outside the 24 hours
- Once a day has passed since a customer last wrote, an approved template is how you reach them, as WhatsApp’s rules require.
Chatbot and Flows
- A chatbot you draw
- Boxes and lines: a message, a question, buttons, a list, a condition, a value saved, a web address of yours called, a tag on the lead, a Flow sent.
- What starts it
- A keyword, or somebody’s first message.
- Tried before it is live
- A simulator to walk a conversation through, and figures on how each chatbot is used.
- Flows from your forms
- Turn one of your forms into a WhatsApp Flow, filled in inside the chat. The answers land on the lead’s timeline.
Broadcasts
- Who it goes to
- Pick from your leads and customers by status, priority, the person they are assigned to, or source.
- Filled for each person
- An approved template, with its placeholders filled from each lead’s own details.
- How it went
- Delivered, read and failed, for every broadcast, and a page of broadcast figures across them.
- The message
- A record already kept
- A lead made for a new number
- The person it is assigned to
When a message arrives
Where a message lands, and whose chat it is
Each message is matched to a record before anyone reads it, in a fixed order. A number nobody knows still ends up on a lead.
- A lead with that mobile
- The message lands on the lead, and the chat belongs to the person the lead is assigned to.
- Then a customer
- No lead has the number, so customers’ phones are checked next, and the phones of their contacts. The message lands on that customer.
- Then a new lead
- Nothing matches. A lead is made with WhatsApp as its source and New as its status, named from the sender’s WhatsApp profile when there is one.
- Then somebody’s
- A new lead is assigned to one person the way any lead is, by hand, with a history of who has had it. From then on the chat is theirs.
Next to it
What WhatsApp takes from the other Sales parts, and gives back
The inbox keeps no contact list of its own. It reads your leads and customers, and writes back to them.
Takes from
Each lead’s mobile number and assigned person — where a message lands, and whose chat it is. Broadcasts pick their recipients from the same leads.
Gives to
A new lead for every number that matches nothing, the tags the chatbot sets, and a WhatsApp chat button on the lead’s page.
Gives to
Messages from a customer’s phone, or one of their contacts’, land on that customer, and the conversations show on the customer’s page.
Takes from
Any of your forms, sent as a WhatsApp Flow. The answers come back onto the lead’s timeline.
On an Android phone, the Mobile Companion app files the business phone’s calls onto the same leads these chats sit on.
What it costs
The WhatsApp add-on, on top of the Sales set
Both are priced a person a month, for the same people. The add-on comes with a limit on how many WhatsApp Business numbers connect to it, raised by asking.
Messages go out on your own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta’s charges for them are between you and Meta.
- Sales set
₹99.00₹89.10a person, a month
₹267.30 a person for the 3 months, paid at the start.
- WhatsApp add-on
₹50.00₹45.00a person, a month
₹135.00 a person for the 3 months, paid at the start.
The struck figure is the list rate; the shortest term is 3 months, and longer terms cost less a month. Prices are before GST. The Sales set brings CRM, Customers and Forms; WhatsApp cannot be bought without it.
Before you buy
WhatsApp questions, answered
The things a business asks before moving its WhatsApp into the office, answered directly — including the ones where the answer is no.
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and number from Meta; we do not provide one. A setup guide on the WhatsApp settings page walks you through connecting it. It works on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, connected directly.
Messages go out on your own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta’s charges for them are between you and Meta. What we charge is the add-on itself, priced a person a month on top of the Sales set.
Within 24 hours of a customer’s last message you can reply freely. After that, WhatsApp’s rules require an approved template, and the inbox holds you to them. Templates are written and submitted to Meta from inside the office, and their approval comes back there.
No. A broadcast’s recipients are picked from your own leads and customers, by status, priority, the person they are assigned to, or source. A list you hold elsewhere comes in as leads first — the CRM imports leads from CSV or Excel.
Where you build a chatbot for it. A chatbot starts on a keyword or on somebody’s first message, and can send messages, ask questions, offer buttons and lists, tag the lead and send a Flow. You can walk it through in the simulator before it goes live.
No. WhatsApp is an add-on to the Sales set: it reads the leads and customers the set brings. It is priced a person a month on top of the set, for the same people.
