Reports on attendance, stock, leads and claims
Business reports read from the records your office keeps: attendance compared period by period, stock by item and batch, leads by stage, claims by category.
What it does
Reports on attendance, stock, leads and claims
Each set brings the reports on its own records — attendance and claims with Workforce, leads with Sales, stock with Operations.
Attendance
With Workforce · Attendance →
- The views
- An overview, a summary for each person, timeliness, the register, hours and overtime, leave and absence, the exceptions, and a detail log.
- Any period
- Today, this week, this month, a quarter or a year, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or dates you choose.
- Compared
- With the period before, the same dates last month or last year, or dates of your own.
- Narrowed down
- By person, department, designation, employment type and shift, with minutes of grace before a day counts as late.
- Across branches
- The owner reads every branch together or one at a time. Anyone else reads the branches open to them.
- Downloaded
- Any view as CSV, Excel or PDF — the PDF laid out on A4 landscape.
Stock
With Operations · Stock →
- Stock on hand
- Each item’s quantity, reorder level and status, and when it last moved — by category, brand and status.
- Valuation
- Quantity times cost price, by category and brand, for managers only.
- Low and dead stock
- Items at or below their reorder level, with the preferred vendor, and items that have not moved in 90 days or a window you set.
- Batch expiry
- Batches expiring in the next 30 days, or as far ahead as you choose.
- Movements and returns
- The movement ledger by reason, direction and dates, and returns to vendors and from customers — on screen.
- Downloaded
- Stock on hand, valuation, low stock, dead stock and batch expiry, each as CSV.
- Your branch
- Every stock report reads the branch you are working in.
Leads
With Sales · CRM →
- The summary
- Total, new, in the pipeline, converted with the conversion rate, and lost — each opening onto the leads behind it.
- The tabs
- The pipeline stage by stage, revenue by source, each person’s performance, and lead analytics.
- Narrowed down
- By dates, salesperson and priority.
- Your own figures
- Someone limited to their own leads reads the figures on their own leads.
- On screen
- Read on the page, with bars drawn on it.
Claims
With Workforce · Reimbursements →
- By category
- What has been approved, what is waiting and what was rejected, category by category.
- By person
- The same totals for each person.
- Narrowed down
- By dates, person, department and designation.
- On screen
- Read by whoever looks after other people’s claims. Everyone else sees their own claims, not these totals.
- The chosen period
- The period compared
Attendance reports
A month of attendance, read two ways
Pick a period and one to hold it against — the period before, the same dates last month or last year, or dates of your own.
The headline figures
Attendance, punctuality and absence rates, days present, late, absent and on leave, late time and hours a day — each shows how far it moved against the compared period, and whether that was for the better.
The days of the month
A bar a day for the chosen period, split into present, late, half-day, leave, absent and unmarked. The compared period is in the figures above it, not in the bars.
Person by person
The summary for each person shows how their attendance and punctuality moved against their own figures from the compared period. The timeliness view does the same for their late days.
Hand-offs
Where each report reads from
Every report is read from the part that keeps the records, as they stand when you open it.
Attendance →
Every check-in and check-out, the office’s own marking and approved leave, read against each person’s shift.
Stock →
Quantities, reorder levels, batches and the movement ledger, with valuation at each item’s cost price.
CRM →
Leads with their status, source, priority and the person they are assigned to.
Reimbursements →
Claims as they are approved, left waiting or rejected, by category and by person.
What it costs
Reports come with their sets
Reports & analytics has no price of its own. Each report comes with the set whose records it reads.

- Operations
- Stock reports. Stock →
- No price of its own
- Nothing is added for reports. They come with the set you pay for.
- Only with the set
- A set you have not chosen brings no reports: its records are not there to read.
- Every set, every term

Questions about reports
What a business asks before it relies on these figures — including where the answer is no.
No. There are no GST or tax reports, no profit and loss, ageing or day book, and no sales by item or by customer. Each invoice carries its own GST, and the payments list shows what was collected this month and what is still pending.
No. The reports are the ones on this page, each with its own filters. For figures they do not give, the attendance and stock reports download for your own spreadsheet, and the lead list exports to Excel or CSV.
No. Nothing is sent on a schedule. The day’s attendance summary can be emailed — previewed first, and sent when you choose to send it.
Every attendance view downloads as CSV, Excel or PDF. Stock on hand, valuation, low stock, dead stock and batch expiry download as CSV, which Excel opens. The lead and claim reports are read on screen and do not download.
Attendance reports: admins by default, and any role you give them to. Stock reports: anyone who can see stock, with valuation kept for managers. Lead reports: anyone who can see the CRM, and someone limited to their own leads sees the figures on those alone. Claim reports: whoever can see claims beyond their own.
