KaryalayOne · a setup of your own

See it with your own work in it.

Ask for a demo of KaryalayOne: your own copy of the platform to try, with the parts you want to look at — billing, stock, CRM, payroll — switched on. Somebody here sets it up by hand, and then goes through it with you on a call.

You came in from Demand notes — it is already chosen below, and you can change that.

Tell us what to switch on

The more of this you fill in, the closer the setup is to your own business when you first open it. Only a way to reach you is needed; everything else makes the first call a better one.

Would rather go ahead without a demo? Create a free account — it opens the checkout.

Which parts would you like switched on?

Ask for as few as you like. A board with everything thrown is harder to judge, not easier — and nothing here is decided by what you tick now.

How should we reach you? Either one

It goes to the people who set these up, with the way to reach you that you leave above and nothing else. No card, nothing to cancel, and nobody is added to a mailing list.

What happens after you send it

What happens after you send it

Nothing here is automatic, and we would rather say so than have you refreshing an inbox. This is what the request actually passes through.

  1. You ask

This form, or the phone if you would rather. What matters most is which parts you want to look at and what you run today — that is what decides how the setup is put together.

  2. A person picks it up

Not a queue and not a script. Somebody here reads what you wrote, and rings first if what you asked for does not match what you described.

  3. A setup of your own

Your own private copy, on its own address, with its own login and its own records. The parts you asked for are switched on; the rest sit quiet.

  4. We go through it together

On a call, with your own work in front of you, with someone who can answer for the whole system rather than for one part of it.

A setup full of somebody else’s invented customers proves nothing. Put your own prices in it, raise a real quotation, and look at the paper that comes out.

So bring a handful of the items you actually sell and a few customers whose names you know — typed in, or brought in from a sheet where that is quicker. Then raise the last quotation you sent, and ask whether what comes out is the paper you would have sent. That is the only test of this that means anything, which is why the call comes after you have had it for a while rather than instead of that.

Plainly

What this is, and what it is not

Said here rather than discovered later. None of it is a catch — it is simply how a setup for trying works, and knowing it up front is what lets you judge the thing itself.

It is yours, not a shared showroom
Your own copy with your own login. What you type into it is yours, nobody else is working in it beside you, and your records sit in a database of their own rather than in a shared one you have to trust.
It does not appear the moment you press send
Somebody here sets it up and hands it over. That is a person’s job, which is why we ask when it suits you to be rung rather than pretending the wait is not there.
Nothing of your business is moved into it
What you run today keeps running today. You put into the demo what you want to test with — a handful of your own items, a few customers whose names you know — and nothing you do in it can reach back.
It has an end, and we tell you when
A setup for trying is yours for a while rather than for ever. We say so before it closes, and it does not quietly turn into a subscription — there is no card to give and nothing to remember to cancel.
It is not all of it switched on
The parts you asked about are on, and that is deliberate. A board with every switch thrown takes longer to judge, not less — and the whole claim of this platform is that nobody buys all of it.

If you would rather talk first

Fifteen minutes, and no setup needed

Some questions are answered faster out loud than by opening anything. Ring and say what you run and what is not working, and we will tell you which parts of this you need — including the ones you do not.

Nothing on this site is gated. Every part of the office has a page saying what it does and, more usefully, what it does not — so you are welcome to turn up having decided, and spend the call on something else.
