Is the transfer lock off?

A name is usually locked so it cannot be moved without you knowing. It is a switch wherever the name is now — and if you have never seen it, say so and we will walk you to it.

Do you have the authorisation code?

A short string your current registrar gives you, which proves the move is yours to make. Say yes here and you can start the move straight away; otherwise we will ask for it when the time comes.

How should we reach you? Either one

It goes to the people who move names here, with the way to reach you that you leave above and nothing else. Nothing is bought by sending this, and nobody is added to a mailing list.
