A business may buy a domain name for a year, a website for a year, and a set of office tools for a shorter term in one checkout. The payment is one event, but those services do not become one subscription with one renewal date.
Read each line on its own first. What is being bought, in what quantity, and for which period? A website count is not a staff count. A block of app email sends is not the same commitment as a recurring campaign plan. A first-year domain registration may have a different renewal figure. These differences belong beside the items, before the payment button.
Then read the amount paid up front. It is the sum due for the selections as they stand today. It is not a promise that every line will cost the same amount or renew together next time. Tax and final billing details should be shown at checkout, where the full payable amount is confirmed.
If a domain search has gone stale, refresh it. A name can become unavailable, and an old quote should not be silently included in the money. If a price list cannot be read, wait for a current figure rather than treating a blank as free.
Keep the order confirmation and the later renewal dates together. The clearest cart is one from which you can explain both today’s payment and what future decision each line will ask you to make.
